Terms & Conditions of Enrolment and Training

1. Provider Identity: These Terms and Conditions govern all online courses, digital handbooks, telemetry simulators, and corporate training licences provided by The Refrigeration Diagnostics Academy (RDA) ("RDA", "we", "us"), operating across www.rda-training.co.uk, www.rda-training.com, and www.rda-academy.co.uk. Contact: info@rda-academy.co.uk (Student Support) and corporate@rda-academy.co.uk (Enterprise & B2B).

2. Course Access & Delivery: Self-paced on-demand courses grant immediate access upon payment confirmation (or within 24 working hours for third-party marketplace voucher bookings such as Reed Courses). Learners receive full access to Full HD video modules, downloadable PDF student handbooks, and multiple-choice quiz banks.

3. Assessment & Certification Standard: To earn an official numbered RDA Certificate of Completion, learners must achieve a minimum pass mark of 75% (3 out of 4 questions per quiz) across all required module quizzes. Unlimited retakes are included at no extra cost.

4. Consumer Cancellation & 14-Day Refund Policy: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, individual consumers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the final certification assessment has not yet been completed and issued. Refund requests should be emailed to info@rda-academy.co.uk.

5. Safety Disclaimer: RDA courses provide theoretical, visual, and telemetry diagnostic training. Hands-on physical work on pressurised refrigeration plant, F-Gas regulated refrigerants, or live electrical equipment must only be carried out by appropriately qualified and certified personnel.

6. Intellectual Property: All videos, telemetry graphs, slide decks, PDF handbooks, and quiz banks remain the exclusive copyright of The Refrigeration Diagnostics Academy (RDA) and may not be redistributed or resold without written licence.
