Pre-Quiz Learner Details Guarantee: Before each course quiz, participants complete a short form requesting Name, Company, Experience Level (Refrigeration Beginner, Intermediate, or Senior Level), and Country. This information will NOT be sent to your company or employer. It is collected purely for RDA to carry out internal analytics so we can tailor our courses to the needs of our course participants.

3. Certificate Registry Verification: When an official numbered RDA Certificate of Completion is issued, only the certificate serial number, holder name, course title, pass status, and issue date are verifiable via our employer registry lookup.
